Growing up in a predominantly Asian neighborhood, our streets didn’t really celebrate holidays to the extreme. If anything, a couple houses would put up plain lights that merely brimmed the roof or you’d see a simple Christmas tree peeking through the window. Now in Tim’s neighborhood, it’s a completely different story. Porter Ranch/Northridge knows no boundaries and they definitely put on a good show for Mr. Sandy Claws. Driving around and seeing all the festive lights makes me warm and tingly inside. This one house though took it a little overboard with the decorations and instead looked creepy. I’m talkin fake snow with a snow blower, 15+ santa figurines laid out across the front lawn, one life-sized santa that just stood there and stared…you get the picture.
