We stopped by the LA county fair since it was the last day but it just wasn’t the same as when I was a wee kid.  I had heart burn from all the fried food and the rides didn’t appeal to me as much as they did before.  I guess I’m getting old. Anyway, Eric spent like $200 at some stupid basketball stand and made zero shots. What a sucker. I swear the rims are oval shaped so it’s almost impossible to make it.

LA Burning Man Decompression

How do I describe this night…I didn’t expect to see that many 40+ year old hardcore hippies.  Every other person must’ve been on SOMETHING. Going to go back next year for sure….and I really want to go to the real Burning Man in Black Rock Desert!!!!  Unfortunately we got there at sundown so we weren’t able to get pictures of all the crazy costumes but it was still an entertaining night. Great beats, light exhibits, and fire shows. I’m disappointed they didn’t actually burn..a man.

Highlight of the night, talking to a grandpa who without a doubt was trippin on acid. Him and his posse were sitting in one of those old school hippie VW buses decked out in black light and neon flower-shaped pillows.

Him in a slow, creepy voice: “Can you help me?”
Me: “What’s wrong?”
Him: “We lost our puppy….can you help me find it? I’ll give you cand-yyyyyyy.”

They didn’t actually have a puppy. Trippppppin…

II. for all who know me…i’m a little grungy. but SERIOUSLY, the above aquafresh is by far THE BEST toothpaste man has ever invented.  even on the grungiest of grungy days, it makes my mouth feel extremely fresh. thanks, extreme clean.
