yosemite half dome hike

 my challenge was: one focal length. one aperture. one camera.  i used my 24mm at f/3.2 the entire trip and i’m pretty happy with the results. backpack strap shoulder bruises tell me it was a good idea to bring my lightest lens. day 1. food, driving, stopping, driving, admiring, more driving, food, more admiring, sleep....

the iphone camera is pretty rad. this was taken on a lazy fourth of july morning when dozer forced his way into my comfort zone. lately, he’s been having this really weird lazy eye that i think is insanely cute. before snapping the shot on the left, my iphone auto-focused on a tiny piece of fur....
