Every year, Arcadia Bowl is held around Thanksgiving. Usually, my friends play the younger kids for a chance at bragging rights and all that glory. This year, they couldn’t settle on a date and kept rescheduling til this past weekend. We woke up early and ate IHOP, because IHOP is the breakfast for champions. Headed to the field around 1230 and watched them throw around the foosball. By 1:30, the game started. It was clear about an hour into the game that we were gonna rape the other team.
Sorry kids, I gotta say that my friends PWND the other team. 49-0. HOLLER.
Anyhoo, ONTO THE PICTURAS!

SOMEONE’s excited and getting himself pumped up for the game…

WINNNNNNNNARS!

Gorgeous day out!

We headed to Zen Buffet for the victory dinner. Except victory didn’t taste very good. I wish we went to Souplantation instead.

Every year, I buy Mochi a new toy (usually a stuffed animal wearing a Santa hat) and some treats. This year, upon opening the box, the delicious aroma of these fresh baked cookies overtook me. I quickly checked the ingredients. And then I proceeded to nibble off the corner of one of them. I had to. Come on. It had frosting and sprinkles on it. Come on. You would too if you knew how delicious these baked goods smelled.

Mochi’s a lady. She’s got her legs crossed and everything. How classy

I just realized my AeroGrow plants died. I forgot to water them. And the light has been unplugged for about a month now.
Oops.

Time to put in some new seed pods. I’m thinking mini tomatoes.
I had a pretty busy weekend and I know it’s no excuse for not posting. I felt very guilty after finally having time to sit down and go through my Google Reader, only to find that almost everyone I followed had an update on January 1, 2010.
So here is mine. I was fortunate enough to ring in the new year with a couple of close buddies. Nothing too crazy this year, but it was defintely still mucho fun.
Sol hosted a party at his house and we were able to welcome the new year by jumping up and down and screaming at the top of our lungs to Taylor Swift’s “You Belong to Me”. Don’t hate, and don’t judge. I bet it’s your guilty little pleasure, too.
The first thing I noticed when I walked through his doors: PHOTO BACKDROP!!
Here we go, and happy new year! 2010 is going to be a big one!
